Everton FC news and transfer rumours LIVE - Possible January outgoings and Blues legend 'set to join' Arsenal

Liverpool ECHO writers Connor Dunn, Chris Beesley and Adam Jones bring you all the latest Everton news and transfer gossip.

Everton could be facing a quiet January transfer window.

After a busy summer that saw significant changes to the playing squad at Goodison Park, new manager Sean Dyche could well opt to give his current crop of players more time to gel.

However, a report from Football Insider claims that two players could still be sold before the end of the month.

The outlet states that Dele Alli and Michael Keane are both attracting interest from elsewhere and could be sold for a combined fee of around £20 million.

Alli has struggled to make an impact since joining Everton from Tottenham Hotspur in January 2022 and has been linked with a move away from the club in recent months.

Keane, meanwhile, has been a regular member of the Everton team but could be sold if Dyche decides to bring in a new centre-back.

Elsewhere, former Everton midfielder Leon Osman is reportedly set to join Arsenal as part of Mikel Arteta's coaching team.

According to The Athletic, Osman will join the Gunners as a first-team coach and will work closely with Arteta and his staff.

Osman, who made over 400 appearances for Everton during his playing career, has been working as a pundit for Sky Sports since retiring in 2016.

He is highly respected within the game and his appointment will be seen as a coup for Arsenal.

Conclusion

Everton fans will be keeping a close eye on the club's transfer activity in the coming days and weeks.
