Captain America: Brave New World Teaser Trailer Unveils a New Look
With Liv Tyler, Harrison Ford, Giancarlo Esposito, and Rosa Salazar
Marvel Studios has shared the first teaser trailer for Captain America: Brave New World, unveiling a new look for the iconic superhero.
The film, set in 2025, follows Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) as he takes on the mantle of Captain America after the events of Avengers: Endgame. After meeting with newly elected US President Thaddeus Ross (Harrison Ford), Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident that threatens to divide the world.
The teaser trailer offers a glimpse of the film's action-packed sequences, as well as the return of fan-favorite characters such as Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) and Sharon Carter (Emily VanCamp). The trailer also introduces new characters, including Isaiah Bradley (Carl Lumbly), a World War II veteran who was the first African-American Captain America, and Eli Bradley (Elijah Richardson), his grandson.
Captain America: Brave New World is directed by Julius Onah and written by Malcolm Spellman and Dalan Musson. The film is scheduled to be released in theaters on November 3, 2024.
